Each file is stored under public/presets/state/{STATE}/. If the filename contains a state name or 2-letter code (e.g. GA-peach.png, georgia-card.webp), it goes to that state. Otherwise it goes to misc/. You can optionally set State code below to force the folder.

Minimum fields for Laravel dashboard + submission record (no payment). Card art can be added later in the designer or by editing the submission.

Lists Laravel cards (newest first, 25 per screen — scroll the table for more). Card → All includes inactive cards (status off); check Include deleted for soft-deleted rows. The Register DB + checker column compares the $25 fee on file, whether our register portal would allow access (trial/active/paid), and Laravel pay/expiry — so one-time Laravel payers still show as OK when expiry is current.
